Overall: This past week I ate mostly leftovers in one form or another. I enjoyed the leftover Thanksgiving food, but I am looking forward to being able to eat new things. The turkey pot pie recipe was a keeper and we will probably be making that in years to come, as were the sandwiches. We typically do not eat many sandwiches because deli meat is expensive where we are so it was nice to have a week of sandwiches and turkey pot pie. I followed the recipe with the exception of a little more onion and my homemade crust because I think it tastes better than store bought. Hope this helps anyone for next year with ideas for leftover turkey.
